I love this series so much. In my mind I see them large and framed as a focal point of some fabulous living room being featured in a high end interior design magazine.

Coops - This is beautiful. All sorts of things come to mind..."and they called the wind Mariah...Oklahoma...Winds may blow...Cast your fate to the wind...The wayward wind...

I like very much the middle part of the painting with the flowers,
the tiny herbs and the orizontal movement in the background
which suggested the wind as you so well called the image.
Excellent done !:)

... the answer my friend,
is blowing the wind,
the answer is blowing the wind ...

That was the song that came to my mind all of sudden, dear Katie. A very inspired and inspiring work, which really give You the impression of the whirling movement of the wind .... and of our existences on this world, in a way ....

Katie - dramatic - full of life, motion, weather, stuff is happening. And lovely colors. You seem to be heading with a bit of abstract expressionism in some of your works of late. I like this one considerably:).

Ms Coops. . . I hear a swirly harp, soon to dissolve into the music of a ballroom dance, as if cuing the movie audience into a kicking up the brush and getting to the heart of the matter. It feels like a harvest time cyclone is nearing in which the evidence of the last season's trappings are being kicked up and windswept. . . and suddenly visible.

It's as if one could look at this like a wild wind suddenly landing in a harvested field, wherein flowers were occluded in acres filled with labor and the practicality of making bread (heh). And such a whirling dance lifts all, and spreads it out where the lost is found. And one moves to dance with it. . . to follow the color of the heart. Painting, dance, poetry, music. . . it's all in those living flowers.

Lovely and transformational, Ms Coops. :):):):):)
