I drew this with the pen, and used stamps and airbrush, 3 layers. Fun with AR3.:)

Nice one, Alexandra! Reminiscent of Maxfield Parish. He had a particular penchant for painting his skies very deep blue, filled with I think oak trees.

This is really cool. I like how you're playing with light. :):):)

Val, Thank you! I love blue too. My favorite colors are red and cobalt blue.:)

Mike, I am so happy that you liked it.:)

Andrea, You know at first I hesitated to upload it because I thought it might be too much of a contrast. I appreciate your view and kind comment as I admire your art so much.:)

D Akey, I have always loved Maxfield Parish. I have a huge coffee table book of his art given to me from my sister in law. Thank you for the fantastic comment!:)

AT, Thank you, it is very simple, but it did remind me of a place somewhere in dreams.:o:)

Katie, Thank you. I am happy that you think so!:)

A really peaceful monochrome view. The blue tones and the light/ shadow scheme add to the mood.
A fun, but also a relaxing activity I guess.

Oooo! Great colors for a silhouette Sandra! Normally done in deep reds and yellows the blue is a nice effect! :)

Dear Cesare, thank you. It was a relaxing painting to make. I am happy that you liked it.:)

EMOC, Thank you for your kind comment and for viewing!:)

Peter, Thank you so much and thank you for your generous smilies too! They always make me smile!:D

Eddie, Thanks! I wish you hadn't written that-now I am going to have to try another in those shades. lol:D

Dany, Thank you, you know-I may have to try this! I have some of those sheets to iron on t-shirts----hummmm:rolleyes:

Chris, Thank you for your nice comment. I had to think about that. You know my Aunt painted a room in these colors, of a man riding a horse. She is a fantastic muralist and painter. The colors were so relaxing and so nice to view.:)

How beautiful! I love Silhouette tyoe of art and even though it might not be intended as such it reminds me of it anyway. Good painting.
