In the new 3.0.6 version we can open abr files into the presets folder and use them as brush.
But they don't show up as a sticker-sheet.
Here's a abr viewer that can convert the single brushes into .png files
http://sourceforge.net/projects/abrviewer/files/abrViewer.NET2_2.0/
How to use:
open abrviewer.exe
point to abr file or folder where the abr files reside on your pc
double-click to make a preview of the brushes inside the abr file
go to the temp folder inside the abrviewer folder on your pc.
if all is right the brushes have been converted to .png files
Now create a new sticker sheet in AR3(.0.6)
import one of the png files to the color field of the sheet, give it a meaningful name and save.

Now you have a sticker from the PhotoShopbrush

Addendum to the above post is that the sticker needs to be red to give it a color.
But most abr files are gray or black/white,how to overcome this;
Download xnView from http://www.xnview.com
open the png files in xnView
go to menu>image>adjust>Brightness/Contrast/Gamma/Balance
and put the red slider all the way up to 255
Save as the color file for your sticker
Now redo the steps in AR3 as described like in previous post

Been playing some more with the abr viewer and found that you can change the foreground color of the png images to red inside the program it self.
Hey,but xnView is a nice addition to anyones toolbox :)
