I saw the picture first and as I was clicking to read the later responses, I only just caught the title "The pupil". And it caught me completely off guard. Of course it's the pupil. Hahaha. :D:D:D:D:D

How fascinating! You were actually able to create a feeling that you can read on the "faces" of those two. And you simply used basically two individual eyes looking at one another and managed to have expressions on them. Hope you're going to experiment with those two characters to see how far you can go. Very creative.
