I like the portrait Pai, the eyes don't look in the same direction exactly but the expression of the face is very powerful in your portrait and also because you faded the color of the scarf which is a good idea,
I also like the strokes work on the coat , excellent !:):):)

I am just lucky that once in awhile a photo that I saw suddenly see something in it. Just like this one because of her expression. I was kind of seeing the color coming out in my mind that second and wanted to give it a try.
