Something for the kids, and unscrupulous parents.

Surf round this site until you find the coloring book.
Then bring a pic in as a Transfer or a Grain.
Rough version attached.

Funny you should mention Cedric. I hope he doesn't mind me playing a little fun with his style, I had been meaning to do so. I took the Celestial Seasonings box art for "Madagascar Vanilla Red" and did an attempt at his trademark look.

I didn't try TOO hard since it's just a fun gag in his honor, but I think I got pretty close for a 1.5 hour attempt.

It doesn't need to be a "by Cedric" when it's such a great "by halley"! =)

The colouring book idea is great, I might get in touch with them about those images!

In the meantime, an easy way to colour these in ArtRage would be to import the image as your painting, then add a single layer, set that layer's Blend Mode to 'Tint', and paint away. This is something we should put up a quick tutorial on...

Hi Matt,

While you're doing the tuturial, how about photo tinting?

I used the method you just suggested.
Sweedie did something similar some time ago, but now it's so much easier.

Two Layers, each set to Tint. One to add a Curtain Grain to the background. Still WIP.
