I have two so far. A traditional and a cool jazzy Santa. I would love to see what your brilliant minds come up with if you would be so kind.....please:D]

Well done Alexandra! The larger Santa reminds me of a painted cookie/candy tin. Very cool!:)

Thanks Sketch! I hope to see one of yours here.:D

". . . why without tradition, we would be as shaky as a Santa on the Roof!

If I'm hearing sleigh bells, yubba dubba dubba dubba dubba dubba dubba dubba dubba doooooo. . . "

I loved that cross-over seasonal cartoon movie about Bedrock in the early days.

My Santa's in the traditional upper left avatar position, working on his lines:

. . .ho. . .HO. . .ho

. . .HO HO. . .ho?

. . .Ho Ho Ho. . .

. . . HO HO HOOOooooooooo....... . . . . . .

{Ho now, brown cow. . .HO!}

. . .ho. . .HO. . .HO. . .

Alexandra, this is a great thread. Hope people see it and get into the fun of it. Love yours. The one on the left looks suitable for any warm Christmas fireplace, and on the right looks like he should be dropping gifts off at the roadhouse diner, owing to the styles. I love them both.

Hi Sandy These are great now as promised per your request here is my Santa:):)
I will try to add another new one soon

Dearest D Akey, I am so happy to see your cool avatar here! Thank you for your delightful comment, and I am so happy that you liked my Santa's. The second Santa is incarcerated right now for carrying much more than your usual gifts. Let's just say there are a lot of big kids out there that are a little too happy and eating potato chips with pickles.:D:p:D
I loved The Flintstones too, they were so funny.
And a yo ho ho and a bottle of rum...wait, that was from Treasure Island. Well, there was a ho in there.:o:p:D

Yes that is the one Amanda, and a big hug and big thank you my dear friend!
Totally love this! So much detail in every area.:):):):):):):)

12-05-2009, 01:01 PM
I hope you like this one as much as my santa:):)
I only coloured him in from a free colouring page site but he was so cute I just had to do it:D

12-05-2009, 01:04 PM
That deserves a big AWWWWWWW, and a big red ribbon Amanda. Thank you, he is adorable!:D

12-06-2009, 12:47 AM

Uud, I thought my cool dude Santa was bad...but this guy makes him look sweet. Very good, and very creepy too.

This is one of my walk-ups that I fell in love with. We named her Sally. I just had to make a funny picture with this one. She does have four legs, it is just that when I took the picture it was at an angle that it didn't show.:o

Great image, very well executed and fun
What a cutie, she's ditched those oh so 20th century reindeer and opted for the modern hover snowboard alternative :):D

12-06-2009, 10:12 AM
Love the Santas and cute doggies, your dog looks happy in her Santa hat
Sandy, good job, she has lovely eyes.

12-06-2009, 12:43 PM

Just a quickie I was doodling and he popped out:):)

12-07-2009, 05:13 AM
Ha ha Juz, I like that! A modern hover board! Thanks a bunch!:D
Sandy, Thank you so much. She really is a dear:D
Amanda, what a good idea. Poor thing, he must be all worn out when he gets home. Well done and a big thank you!:D

Sandy, Thank you for your beautiful addition here. He reminds me of the victorian Santa's with greetings of peace and good will.:):):)

Cartoonman, Thank you. I love your Santa, he is great. You have added your unique touch and charm to him.:):):) The other card, is just downright hilarious! Who thinks of these things?:D
So nice to see you back. Hope you have been well.

Great Santa Cartoonman and the other one well, I've seen a builders bum, first time I see Santas. Good fun.

12-09-2009, 07:41 AM
someone had to, I thought it might as well be me. It gets harder every year... Plus with the bad economy, I just don't know how much longer I'll be able to keep doing this! It's time for Saint Nick to hang up his hat.

12-09-2009, 03:44 PM
I went with a kinda sketchy 'Father Christmas' approach... :o

12-10-2009, 03:52 PM
Gray, This is too funny, and well drawn.:)

Amon, I love your artwork so much! This is so tender and so sweet to view. I love it! I said that already, didn't I? Do you illustrate professionally? :)
