MOARA means MUSEUM OF ARTRAGEOUS ART. This name was coined by Byron Callas to designate this thread.

The first name of this thread was ARTGALLERY. With time it has changed to "MOARA: always opened". At the present time it is called either MOARA (Byron Callas) or MOARA - AN OPEN APPRECIATION OF TALENT (Robert Wade) or still MOARA FOREVER (Coops)

MOARA presents a synthesis of the art works produced by brilliant artists of the digital painting world.

The following artists contributed, up to now, posting galleries or other images in the MOARA: CAESAR, COOPS, GZAIRBORNE, JOHN BLACKFORD, JUZ, LEE, ORIANE LIMA, ROBERT WADE, SABENA and WANT2PAINT.

Looks very cool. Levent did a gallery of his works also that was very cool. Who knows some day we may have a virtual gallery you walk into. That would be kind of a cool place to have in the virtual reality world. What is that place called... Second Life where they have shops and stuff in digital reality. :)

05-29-2009, 04:09 PM
This is wonderful Oraine - terrifically well painted. It dazzels and shimmers. And it's a mighty fine tribute.
A little side note - thanks for sticking me in there - gave me a big smile.
Your work is just great.

05-29-2009, 06:17 PM
Beautiful and creative gallery. Love how you did the floor reflection. So happy to see so many great paintings in the gallery. Very nice painted. :)

Very nice...Well done. love the reflections...

05-30-2009, 11:16 AM
Oriane, this ROCKS! I don't know how you did it, but like Albert said, it reminds me of the program Second Life. A friend of mine told me about it, I downloaded it and since any kind of 3-D motion makes me feel ill, I couldn't do it, but she sent me screen shots of the gallery she did there (she is an artist too) and it was just like this!!! I love how you put in the reflections and feel so honored to have been included :) Hugs from America to Rio!

Lee's Room at ARt GALLERY

This is amazingly beautiful. You have artfully created a stately, quiet
and reflective gallery ambience to this scene and presented Lee's lovely
paintings as the main attraction to this exclusive, private viewing. The
way you have showcased Lee's works of art are really stunning. I can
imagine how flattered she will be when she sees the care and attention
that you have taken with this. Masterfully well done! :)

Fantastic rooms! Great job Oriane. I had not seen Lee's gallery or Sabena or Levent... awesome.
Byron's seems to merge his art with his gallery... very cool.

07-03-2009, 02:45 PM
Oriane, that is WILD AND WONDERFUL and I'm honored. You're a prince.

I love what you did with and then how you integrated that old black and white photograph. You're a genius.

I'm a bit blown away and repeat I am honored.

Would you please do me a great favor? Can you e-mail me a high-res file of the painting? I'd love to have, and my wife Rosy will go bonkers for it. She'll want to use your wall design to paint our bedroom I'm sure. She's even more a nut for wild color and form than me.

You're a great guy Oriane. I love the painting and the care and enthusiasm you put into it. Know that your warm, thoughtful and remarkably creative gesture is greatly appreciated. :)

All the best, Byron

I think I admired it for a many timed, but I refrained from commenting, dear friend, since I was afraid You might feel obliged to open a gallery for me too.
This is what happened and I thank You immensely and gratefully also if I'm a little ashamed to be among so many masters and I'm longing for more than one gallery for many friends and for You too for increasing the top quality sections!
I think a link to this thread should also be permanently exhibited on the home page!

Wonderful Oriane, the MOARA, (The Museum of ArtRageous Art). If such a real thing ever exists outside the digital world, erected in steal, stone, glass and wood, there shall be a fitting gallery, a massive central room in your honor. I will stand in line in hopes to be among the first to enter.

I paraphrase myself from previous posts: This is a wonderful, creative, and thoughtful thread. You demonstrate a huge heart to so creatively express your appreciation of your fellow artists on our mutual journeys in the visual arts. You are a big and kind soul. And you are one hell of a terrific artist. :)

Hi Oriane,

Um milhão de agradecimentos!

That was a really amazing surprise!

I'm going to start painting people again. I have never seen them all together before.

The La Tour copy on the right is now on the wall of a convent .
I'm there once, Daughter is there once, Granddaughter twice. Plus an unknown stooping bridesmaid. Which leaves an unknown man sewing riding breeches and a commissioned portrait of a lady fom Buckinghamshire. Painted 28 pounds lighter, (13Kg), and an intrusive freckle omitted. :)

Once again Oriane, thank you for contributing so much skill and effort for the benefit of the whole group.

Mr Phil /Aged P /Phil

Phil you are more then welcome:)

07-06-2009, 10:15 PM
This thread is such a great attraction with this sort of joint exhibition connected by Your "architectular" ideas perfectly fitting the authors! An art in itself too!
This will certainly be a permanent traditional thread to visit for me and most of the others I believe, which may last forever and condensate so much what a common and unique tool as Artrage may sing and play, in the most various and delightful ways, from the different voices and sounds of the artists using it.
You succeeded to produce the most successful visual jam session, mixing of genres, chorus in a sort of of collective Artrage Symphony!

07-06-2009, 11:43 PM
Oi Orianelima

Continuas em alta, mais uma espetacular galeria.:D Continuas a nos surpreender. :D

07-08-2009, 03:22 PM
To say thank you properly...

Ori's Master Palette

I downloaded every picture in ori's gallery to batch out a master palette. This palette is, put simply, the 64 most frequently used colours across all of Ori's gallery works. I like to think of it as 'the colours of ori' :):D

On my image you'll notice a couple of values highlighted... these were out of cymk gamut and therefore could not be produced in printers inks. I've knocked these values back in the .col file to the nearest printable colour, so that every colour in the .col palette is printable. :)

07-08-2009, 09:49 PM
Jus, that's a trip. I've downloaded the pallet and look forward to putting it to use. Pretty cool.:D

07-09-2009, 04:40 AM

Sketch thank you dear friend.

07-09-2009, 03:13 PM
I hope you don't mind that I did yours?

07-09-2009, 03:40 PM
My dear friend Gzair thank you very much for this tribute. I liked a great deal of the selection that you did from my paintings. The background color and lights, gosh, very nice indeed:). Thanks again Gzair.

07-09-2009, 04:13 PM
3 cheers for GZ :D:D:D
I was hoping someone would do a worthy tribute to Oriane. This dynamic colourful piece exudes cool creativeness.

07-09-2009, 04:44 PM
Dear Gzairborne, WOW! you got Miles Standish for the Orianelima opening!!! quite a tribute, and very thougtful!!!:)

07-09-2009, 05:32 PM
whew! glad you liked! I am happy.
Miles Standish wanted too much money, but we got Miles Davis. :)

07-09-2009, 06:51 PM
gzairborne: Your tribute to Oriane is a winner. Good thinking and terrific execution :)

07-09-2009, 08:32 PM
Byron Tnx!

07-10-2009, 12:29 AM
Dear Gzairborne, this is a wonderful celebration of the superb and vibrant pictures of Oriane. You have made a glorious thank you gift to Oriane for his untiring work of making galleries. I thank you both for giving us all so much pleasure.
Well done my friends.

07-10-2009, 03:21 AM
I love the quite special gallery of Jus and that of our dear host Orianelima as selected by Gzairborne!:)

This gallery made me think of a sort of side idea, that is, to oper a thread where, for each one of the exhibiting artists, each of the other mates should select what they evaluate to be the three top works from the relevant personal gallery. (either the most beautiful or the most indicative of a personal style)

07-10-2009, 04:04 AM
Dear Gzairborne, OMGSH!!! :o can't stop laughing,,, giggle giggle giggle!!!! tears and teehee's, was up way to late:D:D:D, snorkle snorkle guffah!!! :),,,,,,,,,,,,,!

07-10-2009, 05:59 AM
Great tribute Gzair..To a deserving man...well done...:)

07-10-2009, 08:09 AM
Oriane, a wonderful room of the color master Juz!!! Love it!!! And thank you for your contribution Juz ...more color palettes! Woo hoo!

Albert, you have outdone yourself.. that is awesome.. jazz, bright, beautiful color, with landscapes, a whole cornucopia of wonderful things from Oriane.. how great that you did that for him! This is a GREAT thread!

07-10-2009, 11:22 AM
This thread continues to amaze and delight.

Wonderful contribution Juz. Thanks for that.

Albert, your tribute to the ThreadMeister is stunning and completely deserved. I think it was you, Albert, who mentioned Second Life ... yes, I think it would be entirely possible to set something like this up there. I've only been there once or twice so it would take someone with more savvy there than I have, but what a wonderful idea it is ... and it would also be a great way to do some advertising/promotion for the ArtRage team, community, and program. We "old timers" (and I count myself as one after two years) have all experienced how the influx of "newcomers" continually infuses the community with new energy, approaches, techniques, attitudes, etc. Just to name a couple of examples: Sabena with her carefree yet studied approach and Weembaman with his ever evolving "Puddy" series that delights us all while we watch his technique evolve impressively.

07-10-2009, 11:29 AM
Caesar you have a great idea there...! With Oriane it was almost impossible to get down to even 7 paintings because there are so many works and all are so good. Very hard. So I tried to select paintings from the more jazz like style, but there are many others I could have chosen.

I would imagine the same was true for Oriane of your work and gallery... trying to select a few out of the many great ones is very very hard to do.

Robert, an art gallery in Second Life that featured art rage artists... a great idea. That would be good for advertising for sure I would think.
tnx Rose and everyone for response. Now we await with anxious breath the next artist showing at the gallery. :)

07-10-2009, 11:37 AM
Looks very cool. Levent did a gallery of his works also that was very cool. Who knows some day we may have a virtual gallery you walk into. That would be kind of a cool place to have in the virtual reality world. What is that place called... Second Life where they have shops and stuff in digital reality. :)

It was your idea Albert. :)

07-10-2009, 11:40 AM
Well no wonder I thought it was good. :)

07-10-2009, 11:43 AM

Yeah, it's hell getting old. (Where did I put my glasses?)

07-10-2009, 02:10 PM
Wow Juz like the Ori colour palette very :cool:;)
Nice work gzairborne ,your tribute for Ori's gallery looks great!:):)

07-11-2009, 06:19 AM
Caesar that is it, I like that idea and I saw you have already done it.

Albert, it was your idea, Robert is right:D

I am posting the Ambient Control Room

" Ambient Design is based just across the Tasman Sea, in the spectacular New Zealand countryside, about 25 minutes from Auckland. ArtRage Starter edition has now topped Three Million downloads. And it's still free to download and use... 5606 images in the main gallery"

Ooops Pudy? Pudy!!! be careful...

07-11-2009, 06:22 AM
AWE-SOME!!! Even Puddy's in the pic... Oriane.. you get a medal for this one! Wow!

07-11-2009, 06:39 AM
Dear Oriane, having more history that future, it is so nice to have these beautiful artists pictures to look forward to, this is scrumptious!!! Tyko has a friend now, hope the walls are padded, must be needed till 3 comes out!!!:)

07-11-2009, 01:06 PM
Well done, That cat is never home anymore, she's always out cruising the site looking for evil doers......;);)

07-11-2009, 01:11 PM
Wow Oriane.... Beam Me Up!! :)

07-11-2009, 01:14 PM
Fantastic Oriane. This thread is going where none has gone before. I'm glad to see it's taking Puddy along too. The Control Room is just a wonder. I don't think any thread in the forum has given me more pleasure. :)

07-11-2009, 02:22 PM
No, the room is not padded. It's lined with foil to guard against code hackers and Puddy's alien enemies. :)

07-12-2009, 05:59 AM
Rose, Lee, Weemb, Juz, Byron, Robert:eek::eek::eek: thanks.

I am posting Weemb and Puddy's galleries. A great guy and a great cat. Weemb you make the script, OK?

07-12-2009, 06:05 AM
Fantastic. Weemb contributes about as much fun as anyone in the entire forum, his paintings are all marvelous, and Puddy's adventures without a doubt would make a successful storybook. Great tribute to a great artist and a great cat.

Meanwhile, that wood paneling in that long room is superfine. And fitting that Puddy's domain is ground with sand; beware digging into it. :D

Both paintings are marvelous.

07-12-2009, 06:06 AM
A great tribute! It´s interesting to see several pieces displayed together as you have been doing.

07-12-2009, 06:49 AM
:)Wow Oriane what a wonderful place that is and so very well painted. So many terrific paintings and there is little Puddy too. Congratulations Weembaman and Puddy so well deserved. Keep them coming Oriane its such a wonderful thread.

07-12-2009, 08:55 AM
Thank you Oriane, I appreciate the room in your gallery and Puddy likes the wood walls and ceilings Because with her sharp little claws she can run up the walls and across the ceiling when I'm chasing her..You really do a fine job of putting these rooms together....Very well done..:):):)

07-13-2009, 06:38 AM
Byron, Scott, Coops, Weemb:eek: Thank you very much.

I am posting Fraser Paice's Room. All Fraiser's threads can be found here:

A very fine artist.

07-13-2009, 06:46 AM

07-13-2009, 06:48 AM
Wow WOW Wooooooooooooow what a beautiful gallery and so well deserved. The paintings look so vibrant so lovely oh heck I am lost for words again Oriane. Congratulations dear friend Neil, this is one that I shall be keeping and thanks so much Oriane for your astounding work on these galleries which give us all so much pleasure.:).

07-13-2009, 07:28 AM
Oh boy!... I'm humbled to be in the same place as all these great artists... Really I'm just a compulsive doodler with too much time on my hands... Thanks mate!

07-13-2009, 08:07 AM
Oh yes, another splendid gallery...Very well done, this has to be the best thread ...:):)

07-13-2009, 08:25 AM
wow weembaman and puddy's threads are awesome. Love the wood. And puddy's is great too... (what a trip!) would not be complete without his recognition as a co-contributer. Amazing Oriane.
And you have also added Fraser's new gallery. You have been very busy Oriane. Beautiful job on Fraser's gallery also. A great tribute to two great artists and great folks to know.
sorry, three great artists. :)

07-13-2009, 08:42 AM

Sketch, Coops, Weemb, Gzair, Cart, Manna, Juz, Byron thank you all very much:):):).

Fraser you are very welcome.

I am posting Mr. Wade's art. Instead of putting a gallery, I made an imersion of some of the great art works of Robert, through the window, walls and ceiling of the ateliê of a very famous pioneer of this painting art. I hope you like it.

Visit Roberts ArtRage gallery here;

07-13-2009, 12:26 PM
I am stunned nearly beyond words at this shockingly gorgeous and overarching piece of art. To see my humble works displayed in such a masterfully rendered image is truely a compliment of the highest order. Thank you Oriane.

07-13-2009, 01:00 PM
Good lord, Oriane, this is a masterpiece. Astounding display of Robert's outstanding artistry. This is jaw-dropping beautiful. Congratulations to both you and Robert. You are on one heck of a roll Oriane.

07-13-2009, 08:40 PM
Oriane, this is totally stunning, delicious and wonderful. I feel I could touch the oil paint in this one, its wonderful. Congratulation to Robert whos artwork is fabulous with such wonderful rich colours. Well done Robert and thanks Oriane for another super gallery.
Yes Hibebebebe, the folks in here are wonderful. They are so friendly, helpful and I believe they become true friends. I too have never know such warmth in any forum. Stay around and have fun with them.

07-13-2009, 10:22 PM
Oriane and Robert both know that I did one also for Robert. And Oriane suggested and gave permission to post also my interpretation of Robert's gallery.

07-13-2009, 11:27 PM
And I thank you once again Albert for your incredibly clever interpretation of a gallery room. I am twice blessed and twice humbled and so proud to be a part of this exceptionally supportive community.

07-13-2009, 11:54 PM
:eek:The artistry displayed here just keeps getting better such amazing work I am almost lost for words as what to write just amazing.

07-14-2009, 04:31 AM

07-14-2009, 05:09 AM
Its wonderful Gzairborne and so well deserved. Well done Robert and thanks Gzairborne.

07-14-2009, 05:23 AM
Albert, terrific. No question the MOARA is large enough to support two great rooms for Robert's outstanding and prolific output. Wonderful. :)

07-14-2009, 10:17 AM
I thank you all my friends.
Gzair fantastic and poetic image.
Hibebe your comment made my day...

I am posting Coops Room. A very fine artist. Also posting Mr. Paint Room a very didatic and fine professor in this art.

07-14-2009, 10:21 AM
Lindo Lindo já não adjectivos mais. Tanto uma galeria como a outra estão maravilhosas :D

Beautiful, Beautiful. The Both are wonderful :D

07-14-2009, 10:21 AM
Both are winners Oriane. Go Coops and Misterpaint: Thrilled to see your exhibitions in the MOARA, Oriane's great tribute to so many artists representing so many styles across our forum. Both of you have so many great paintings the museum will require several rooms to do you both true justice.

07-14-2009, 10:54 AM
Dear Oriane, although i have already viewed RobertSwade's gallery i have come back over and over, i have a lifelong free pass;), but can't stop looking at this one, just so wonderfully beatuiful!!!:)

07-14-2009, 12:04 PM

07-14-2009, 12:06 PM
I am gracefully bowing out now. :) I concede to the master. :o
I cannot even keep up. :)These last two are just phenomenal Oriane! Ah Coops what a tribute to a great artist and person.

07-14-2009, 03:09 PM
This is beautiful, as well as all of your paintings. Great idea!

07-14-2009, 03:13 PM

Oooh, Coops and Misterpaint are going to LOVE their new galleries! Great job AGAIN!!! (Do you ever sleep?) :) Truly, another masterpiece!

07-14-2009, 03:23 PM
Oriane are you perched on top of the well of creativity ?
So productive, fast and yet always so superbly masterful. :)
Aside from the gorgeous works of the featured artists, I adore the floor in coops gallery and the coloured glass in misterpaints. Fabulous work

07-14-2009, 03:46 PM
How entirely appropriate that the floor of Ms. Coop's room is littered with the petals of flowers that she so excels at rendering.
Stephano's room is a reminder that he is so much more than just a contributor to our collective "Art Supplies"

07-14-2009, 04:28 PM
Absolutely fantastic orianelima! Amazing how you come up with some of the architectural designs for these rooms...and then on top of that...splash them full of your brilliant artistry. Amazing!

07-14-2009, 04:54 PM
These are extraordinary. Such a mix of artistic skill, creativity, and appreciation in every gallery. It's a beautiful sentiment to each and every artist and the work they have gifted us with. You've made art out of art, added your own unique and expressive style to the various ones you have portrayed, and I can't help but be amazed at each and every gallery. You've captured these artists' souls. :)

07-14-2009, 05:36 PM
Bwoop Bwoop Warning, one of those should be in the "after 9Pm section" lol

Great paintings :)

07-14-2009, 06:31 PM
Wow, Oriane. I am at a loss for words...truly. I think I have to make up a word for this one...hmmmmm...how about this ancient form of the word, "splendor." Splendiferous! That is a start at least in describing not only your art gallery, but the various artist's rooms. I also love the entrance you designed. Incredible is another word that comes to mind for these works and Gzairborne's contributions to your project. Uh...the writer is really stuck for words here. :D I can't wait to see what's next! Bravo, guys! Bravo! ;)

07-14-2009, 06:49 PM
Dear Oriane
I am so flattered and humbled that you chose my paintings for this wonderful gallery, it is amazingly beautiful. You have masterfully created a room that I would gladly spend many quiet and reflective hours taking in every detail. I would even curl up on that wonderful carpet you put on the floor. You have made my paintings sing and my confidence soar and my smile is soooooooooooooo wide.. Your kindness and artistry is without bounds dear Oriane and I thank you again for all the time you have spent in this thread giving us all so much pleasure.
Mr Paint's gallery is wonderful too, its so vibrant so alive and the paintings just jump out at one. Congratulations Mr Paint, a gallery so well deserved.
Thank you again Oriane for making this thread one that we will all keep coming back to time after time so see everyones great works of art in Orianes great works of art. :)

07-15-2009, 01:37 PM
Just wonderful Oriane ! Such a fantastic collection of AR masters by another Master, well done mate!;):):)

07-15-2009, 10:53 PM
Dear Orianelima, what a neverending delight!
This would make a really fantastic desktops gallery or album, where You merged Your art with that of each of the exhibitors!

07-16-2009, 07:51 AM
hey i had a little question.. is it a good idea to put some manga in it too? for as it is some other thibg that most of the people make

07-16-2009, 09:23 AM
Hi Iluminati, thanks... you are absolutely right... just give me a little bit of time and I'll get there OK?

07-16-2009, 11:25 AM
Sabena, Byron, Lee, Weemb, Gzair, Alexandra, Rose, Juz, Robert, Sketch, Ailaya, Silent, Cathy, Coops, Scott, Caesar... I thank you all very much for the comments.:)

07-16-2009, 11:38 AM
Moara - 1st Floor :d

07-16-2009, 12:10 PM
Is there a nice piece of cheddar at the end of the board? I'll take the bait :)

07-16-2009, 12:13 PM
I'm with Rose, I'll take the bait, contemplating what's next - the cheese at the end of the tunnel.

MOARA is one big place, plenty of room for everybody:)

Cool Oriane. ;)

07-16-2009, 12:18 PM
First floor? Oh no! I get lost in public buildings.

07-16-2009, 06:20 PM
Well orianelima... That is one labrynth I would not mind getting lost in for a while! :D

07-16-2009, 11:13 PM
OK, where exactly should I let him off then?:D

Mairzie Dotes
07-16-2009, 11:42 PM
These latest "gallery" tributes are just wonderfully painted and
personalized and re: the "Maze" .... since some of our artists
are requesting cheese, I would be happy to bring the saltines.
Dear Caesar .... Would you consider donating the wine??? ;) :)

07-17-2009, 07:12 AM
Dear Oriane, ouch!!! my headach!!! tried to cheat and come in the back door, followed the little pink line 'till my eyes fogged over:eek:;),,,,, very cool!!!:)

07-17-2009, 07:21 AM
OK, where exactly should I let him off then?:D

Caesar, where is this painting from? A Goya detail maybe? Or is it yours? Or who? It's terrific.

07-17-2009, 08:45 AM
Dear Byron, actually is an old one of me (poor Goya :D).
The entire painting would go in the After 9 'o clock because of a mild nudity of Arianna who's also in it. I'll look for it and show tomorrow in the propoer section, my friend!;):) Thanks for asking!

07-17-2009, 08:54 AM
Ten pages in less than 3 weeks ... that has to be a record.

07-17-2009, 09:34 AM
Found my painting with the Mynothaur, dear Byron. The idea was that the truly story was quite different from the legend!
Here it is:

07-17-2009, 10:31 AM
He seems to be thinking: "I found my way out... got some cheddar from Wisconsin and some wine... but nobody is around":D:D:D

07-17-2009, 10:42 AM
Awesome we even have a minotaur in our labyrinth :)

Gorgeous painting, who would have thought he'd be so sophisticated with the wine and cheese :)

07-17-2009, 12:30 PM
hahaha this is so cool but I got lost but now I'm found!

07-17-2009, 12:36 PM
He got out??? Send in a search party for Theseus!!!:eek::eek:

07-17-2009, 12:57 PM
Robert ha ha ha:D:D:D

I am posting Rose's Room and Chilli's Emotion Thread's Room.:)

07-17-2009, 01:16 PM
Holymoly - lots going on in here.

Caesar: Thanks for posting your Mynothaur link http://www2.ambientdesign.com/galler...imageuser=2039 (http://www2.ambientdesign.com/forums/../gallery/showimage.php?i=101&catid=member&imageuser=2039). I LOVE THAT PAINTING. Goya would be proud no doubt about it. :D Brilliant.

Oriane: First, dito on brilliant bulls. THAT is a wine and cheese masterpiece. I can't believe how fast you are turning this stuff out. Second, Rose's Room and Chilli's Emotion room are pure knock-outs. I could elaborate, but pressed for time I'm just going to say WONDERFUL. :):):):):):)

07-17-2009, 01:32 PM
Dear Oriane, Rose's Gallery, "UPSTAIRS",,very plush and warm, cushy and comfy yet exciting beauty!!!,,, Chilli's Room? hard hat required,, a 360 panorama, things appearing and disappearing, sound effects, dimming lights, a projection of ever changing paintings, air streams and dizzying motion,,,,,,,,maybe a few hidden mirrors and cams to catch ones reflection,,,, :)

07-17-2009, 01:42 PM
Rosie needs to make some outrageous demands for her diva gallery... like a bowl of only pink smarties in the foyer, with petals from some exotic orchid scattered around. :D:)

The dynamic angles of the walls in Chillis really give the feeling of all that raw emotion piling in on you:)

Oriane, this continues to be an amazing thread to visit :D

07-17-2009, 02:01 PM
Whew! Two more gorgeous rooms! I guess Rose's is the first room on the second floor. :)
Hey, does the ladder in my room lead to a secret trap door in Rose's room?

07-17-2009, 03:20 PM
Excellent rooms...Well done...I love the bull painting too..I can believe how fast you get these out...I'm awe struck....:):)

07-17-2009, 07:21 PM
Absolutely FANTASTIC:eek: orianelima!

07-17-2009, 08:44 PM
Dear Oriane, again you have created galleries that are stunning. Rose's gallery is fresh, relaxing and super just like Rose.:)
Chilli's is awash with colour and is superb.
Congratulation to Rose and Chillis these are well deserved.
Thanks Oriane for your never tiring work painting these galleries as we all look forward to seeing them and enjoying them.:)

07-18-2009, 01:44 AM
Hi Iluminati, thanks... you are absolutely right... just give me a little bit of time and I'll get there OK?
haha ok^^ but if i'm in the gallery i think i need better drawings first wont i?

07-18-2009, 02:11 AM
Robert ha ha ha:D:D:D

I am posting Rose's Room and Chilli's Emotion Thread's Room.:)

Thank you Oriane... I LOVE IT! The only painting I cannot take credit for is the first one, it is a REAL Joan Miro painting and was used to talk about him as a reference when I did the circles :) I should have told you, my fault!!! But BEAUTIFUL!!! I love how you used my stencil art for the floor! Awesome, and I love Pink! :) Hugs xoxo

07-18-2009, 03:11 AM
Rose, no problems. For instance: in Robert's gallery there is just one painting in the same situation, sheltered behind one Robert's painting. Your gallery is gourgeous. Let's look the other side:).

07-18-2009, 03:13 AM
Oh, Oriane, you are too sweet! I just didn't feel worthy to be put in the same category as a painter such as Miro! Wow, you did a second side!!! I do love it so!!! I wish I had the time to paint these days like I did last year. So much more has happened this year and not allowing me the time I need, so I comment more than DO! I know, I need to get moving, some motivation! You are the master of gallery art! xoxox Hugs again, always!

07-18-2009, 05:36 AM
Oriane, the other side or Rose's gallery is simply super, super just like the first side. Finally, we have a place right here in the forum where we can see Rose's beautiful work. :)

07-18-2009, 06:47 AM
Oriane, Rose's second gallery is simply delicious. I just love the carpet. You have so many ideas its unbelievable. Great work and well done Rose.:)

07-18-2009, 11:32 AM
Oriane great work as always.;)

07-18-2009, 01:46 PM
In Robert's Wade gallery there is just one painting in the same situation, sheltered behind one Robert's painting, i.e. In purpose I wanted to immerse a painting of the great Cézanne, father of us all, in Robert's gallery. I could not find the correct place than I put it behind Wade's ocean master piece, just by the window.

07-18-2009, 01:51 PM
I wondered about that one ... it didn't seem familiar.
Found it. "View of the Bay of Marseilles"
My "room" continues to fascinate me. I have it as my desktop. :)

07-19-2009, 02:49 AM
Oriane, glad that I'm not the only one.. hey, it's good to have a painting from a well known famous artist in our galleries anyway, makes it more genuine. I don't feel so alone! ;)

And Robert, ME TOO!!! I have my second room as my desktop! :) Thanks again Oriane!

07-19-2009, 08:08 AM

Cartuneman, what a gorgeous space, it shows off Oriane's painting beautifully. Love the way you've got the lighting on the painting. Agree with Lee ... this is a wonderful and absolutely deserved tribute :)

Chamber, very nice idea indeed:eek::cool:;)

Cart my friend I feel honored by this painting you did of "A certain place..." thank you very much indeed sir.:)

I am going to move on ok? Here are the galleries of Khalid the master of landscape and a great fellow indeed.

Following there is one gallery of various artists that have posted just one, two or three times. There are many beautiful paintings there in the main gallery in this situation. I hope they see their work in here and get motivated to do more.

07-19-2009, 12:36 PM
Perfect ending Oriane... definitely had to get Khalid in there.. he does have the best landscapes... and how nice of you to think of those who have only been here for a short time.. yes, maybe they will come back :) We'd have to make this thread into a sticky!!!! That way they can see it! ;)

You're incredible.. what a huge amount of time and effort went into this very special project. Thank you, thank you! xoxo

07-19-2009, 12:37 PM

Oriane, the new additions are great. They seem to just get better and better. Wonderful to include the rare but great postings, and Khalid's masterpieces (seems like everything he touches is a masterpiece) are a great new contribution to the ever expanding MOARA. Love 'em. :)

07-19-2009, 12:48 PM
Khalid's room is gorgeous, futuristic, and seems to be very popular with the general public ... as well it should be.
Very considerate of you Oriane to create a lovely room for the less frequent contributors also. :)

07-19-2009, 02:45 PM
BRAVO BRAVO!! Dear Oriane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

07-19-2009, 03:08 PM
Thank you Oraine, You have brought joy to many people that will last a long time...:):):)

07-19-2009, 04:15 PM
I just now found the end of this thread and I see both my posted images nestled in amongst all this beauty. Your concept, Oriane is really stunning. Thank you very much for including me.

07-19-2009, 06:35 PM
Well all good things must come to an end. :)
Oriane this thread has delighted us for weeks. Thank you so much for your efforts and the time you dedicated. I'm sure by now after spending so much time with everyone else's creative works that you yourself have the painting itch to pursue.
Once again a huge thank you :)

07-19-2009, 09:39 PM
Oriane, I gather you're putting this thread to bed??? It's been a great one - a wonderful contribution to everyone in the forum. It's full of such great work, your outstanding artistry showcasing everyone's outstanding artistry. Thanks for all the enjoyment you have given to all of us and your generosity and enthusiastic spirit. Maybe from time to time others may post tributes to their favorite artists and the MOARA will take on a life of its own? You've built its structure, populated its original galleries, and given everyone keys to the door. Somehow I don't think the doors are closed, it will remain open for new collections and visitors to enjoy for a long time to come. :)

07-19-2009, 10:58 PM
I second everything Byron said! This has been a wonderful thread and absolutely a joy to look at! Your artistry amazes me and how you do these (capturing the feel of each artist yet maintaining your very unique style. Bravo orianelima!:)

07-20-2009, 01:19 AM
I third everything that Byron said Oriane. You have given us all so many hours of delight and pleasure. All the galleries are so wonderful and I thank you again for including me in these. I love my gallery and it is now my desktop. Thank you again so much for all the hard work you have done.:)

Dear friends I am changing the name of this thread to “Always Open: Museum of ArtRageous Art (MOARA)”. For a while I posted galleries displaying the master pieces of great ArtRage artists. Thank you all very much. I strongly encourage young artists to add “self galleries” ,i.e. post a gallery displaying your own paintings. This is a nice space for you to do that. From time to time I might add a new gallery too.

John Blackford I would like thanking once more for the beautiful tribute that you paid me. Today it is a special Sunday. Early in the morning I turned on my hp and saw the administrator observing beautiful paintings. I drank a great cup of coffee and my telephone rang. It was Foxy, wow!!! I went out for a walk and I saw that building and decided to walk in. For my surprise I saw that the ArtRage was dominating the environment.

07-20-2009, 08:17 AM
After some time I decided to return for my house … first saw Jonh’s painting than I saw Sketch reading an updating of the ArtRage. The night it was falling with some magic exhibition of colors. So that I approached my house there I saw the poster of the exhibition of Jules.

07-20-2009, 08:24 AM
Oriane, these are so wonderful. I have been looking and looking and looking lol I can't stop looking. Your creative brain has worked wonders again and the pleasure you bring is enormous. Thanks again for taking the time to give us all so much pleasure with your talent.

07-20-2009, 08:28 AM
I most graciously Bow to you my friend! thank you it is an honor but I still had fun hanging your painting and lighting it as well hehe:D i am so glad the thread will always be open!

I'm with Coops, I can't stop looking you are to good sir!!!!!

07-20-2009, 10:19 AM
WOW, this is truely outstanding.....Very well done..

07-20-2009, 11:30 AM
Again, marvelous work and I think you've gone above and beyond the call of duty.. and given motivation for others to do the same with their own galleries... it's a great jump start and you should be very proud of your work. It's a masterpiece in itself!

Oriane, I've seen some of those effects you posted but don't remember the name of the website, but another fun one is www.photofunia.com and it's really neat. :) *do they say 'neat' anymore??' ;)

Lovely job Oriane!!

An absolutely incredible thread, one for which Artragers will be forever in your artistic debt. An added personal plus to this particular museum is that there is never a problem finding parking spaces; I run into that periodically at Milwaukee's Art Museum (the beautiful Calatrava).

Kudos. Bravo. Applause...

Another fun program to use is www.loonapix.com :) I like Photofunia better, but you can get great effects with loonapix. Also, for card sending, there is an animated program called JibJab (I think it's www.jibjab.com) and you can send to others by pasting your face on pictures. It's just a lot of fun! :)

07-20-2009, 01:09 PM
Rose, I used loonapix. That was the fastest way I found to transmit what I was thinking about this software and of all the bright and talented artists.

As I said, this thread is open to the young fellows to post their art.

JB thank's for the comment. I also have this problem when I go to MAC. Milwaukee's Art Museum....wow:eek::eek::eek: beautiful sir.

07-20-2009, 01:16 PM

Woo hoo, I picked the right one! I know there are lots of fun programs, but I thought that was a good one, and photofunia is really for just straight photo shots....

If you like animated videos for FUN, try www.jibjab.com :)

And yes, I agree with you, everyone should give it a try! :)

Hugs, Rose

It's a wonderous thing that you've created here my friend, but I understand your need to move on for your personal and creative reasons. Thank you for the concept and let us hope that the concept will live on.

Thank you for the links that hopefully will allow Oriane's concept to continue.

07-20-2009, 04:36 PM
Dear Oriane, am awestruck!!! amazing and beautiful and wonderful!!! and so is your museum;):)

07-20-2009, 04:56 PM
This has become one of the best threads in this forum...by a long shot, Oriane! What a wonderful tribute you've done to many of the fine and talented artists in our ArtRage forum! Your selfless and bigheartedness is such a great attribute to a great artist himself!

07-20-2009, 09:08 PM
Thanks Rose for the links, I am having so much fun with them. Thanks again Oriane for everything you have done in this thread and I hope it goes on forever.:)

This thread is becoming the new Bauhaus, from paintings, to gallery rooms to architectural ideas! No art limits anymore!!! God bless Orianelima and his genius!
