I never got around to commenting on the WIP and here it's finished already. Well, the first word that comes to mind is "elegant". This is an image that would grace many a wall. Really wonderful Rick. :)

I can think of only two words to describe this,
Striking and magnificent! You outdo yourself
with each posting. Those tomatoes are sooo
realistic, just beautiful! :)

It turned out as I expected--wonderful! Brilliantly painted, and I like the background a lot.

Rick, Beautifully done, very realistic. The rough texture on the pitcher and the glazing on top of it are nicely done. I also agree that the tomatoes are so real I could eat one now at the height of it's ripeness. LOL. Your precision of realism is truly masterful. :)

Museum quality Rick. Honest. This is one of the finest Trompe-l'il (fool the eye) paintings I've seen. I love the colors and your selection of things to render in this one.

Resounding Bravo!

Everythings is just beautiful in this painting. As always very good and precise work. The tomatoes are so cool. Also a nice mood due to the very well done lighting.
