Though the young smith had finally achieved some magic, controlling it had not entered his mind... Oops.

Done in ArtRage 2.5 with one trip into Photoshop for non-uniform scaling.

Really cool ! the 3D effect is very good. Maybe we can meet this creature in some magic woods...

HAHAHAHA!!!!! Very witty! I love it. Always thought about stuff like that but never did anything about painting the notion. And you have done it brilliantly.

Story!!!! I want the story of this guy's escape, hahah.

Cedric- Thanks. I have a bit of a story cooking on this one so maybe we will get to see him in other environs. :)

D Akey- <grin> Your enthusiasm is contagious, thank you my good man. I am working on the story outline this very evening.

ginnahobbit- Thank you. I am glad you enjoy it. :)

Caesar- Thanks. I haven't made time lately to do much art for myself so its nice to have something to share. I have drawn inspiration from your posts and enjoyed seeing your visual stories in your art.

Rick- Thanks man. Thanks for looking in and commenting. I had a lot of fun working on this one.

hanzz- Thanks so much for such high praise.

ENCHANTER- Thanks. I appreciate you commenting. It's been fun to watch your art develop into powerful imagery on this forum.

LittleWolf- :) Thanks. I like the shiny metal too. :) It started out as paint tube tool with metalic paint of a very light color. After that... well let's just say it took on a life of its own. :D

Mairzie Dotes- Thank you very much for stopping in and commenting. Thanks for the kind words.

Really mysterious and moody. I dig it.

A rare glimpse of a product of alchemical processes on the hoof. And to think they did it all without batteries.
