I started this also to test some textures. However, due to the required precision I'll have to wait for the new tablet pen (this one workd too badly).

Now would Bumble be the lady? Is there a similarity?

I do think Bumble would be the current project.

MacCaesar -- Ack laddie, you are the most bravehearted painter I have ever met in ma life.

Steady on, boy-o. It's a good start. . .

Thanks Milady for encouraging and all other friends. :)
Right, I was inspired by the quite classical beauty of Bumble. As soon as I get the new pen (this one is working horribly these weeks) I'll proceed to make the portrait look a little more precise and recognisable too (although I do not like measuring or tracing so as to interpret, to as much extent as I can, what I guess to be the non-contingent essence in an expression. (Whatever it means) :D

Another little step waiting for the spare pen to arrive.
Just tried to hint to the very famous and unmatchable Bumble skies... :o

Wow! That sky is so beautiful and spectacular! I think Your drawing of Bumble is wonderful so far too.:)

Thanks Rain11 and Bumble. Unfortunately I cannot do it finely and precisely enough without a working pen. I hope they'll deliver the new one pretty soon! In any case there's a fine tuning to be done at the end. I started with the idea of dawn, but colours should be toned down and changed a bit to simulate dawn I'm afraid. OK we'll see later with all colour pinned what's the best to do to correct and harmonised the whole.
