Hey all

we are working on an animation trailer and we are trying to do the backgrounds in Art Rage on a cintiq so I figured I would post some examples here and get some feed back if anyone wants to give some.

We are trying to get a illustration style to the backgrounds, almost as if it is a book illustration.

enjoy

oh anybody interested can see more animation and info on our blog of the trailer, just google "amanandink blog"

Hey All

I figured I would add to the same post for our project Wulfie rather than post all separately.

So here is a new image, with a slight alteration and adjustment to the style of Libby's room. I hope you like.

hey all

sorry for the slow reply put i had issues getting into the forum lately, anyway each image is a combination of 2 people i think, mostly the character person and myself doing the backgrounds, all coloured in Art Rage, and we are planing to use it for the full production.

we are also using art rage to make textures for the animation, and animating them in Anime Studio, we have some videos on our blog if anyone wants to check them out, or search us in youTube.

keep on painting

Very impressive. I believe they will work just fine. Reminds me of some animation from the 50-60s. Very classic look which I think is great.
