    Untamed

I started painting on a whim and added to it a bit.

This reminds me of the twilight when my wife and I fought forest fires and we were dropped off deep in the rocky wooded mountains.

Due to occupational hazards most of the time we rode in a different helicopters. In case of a crash one parent might survive to raise our kids.

On a crisp cool night one could hear for miles and the thousands of stars look like one could reach out and touch them.

A very powerful painting, more so with the added story. Brilliant.

(Paint what you see, not what you know to be there) in my case it's (paint what I know to be there not what I see).
