Noob problem with drawing fast lines

Hello.
I am very new to drawing (tablet or paper )

I dont know is this normal, or my Bamboo ONE tablet sux.

When i draw fast lines from top to bottom the lines always start strangley... look at the scrennshot. I tried photoshop and it dont see a porblem like that. Any clues?

ok. precise tablet mode seems to fix it.
