I have ArtRage Studio Pro 3 on my laptop PC and ArtRage for my iPad2. I use stencils extensively on my laptop for my work, but cannot find any stencils or equivalent facility on my iPad version..:(. ARE there stencils for this, or have I just missed how to do them? If not, IS there going to be an upgrade to incorporate stencils...? Please :D

Sorry for the delay in replying. Currently stencils aren't available on the iPad versions, as the iPad tends to have less available memory than desktop machines, and stencils would tend to increase memory usage. This may change in the future however.

Here is what I did.
I looked up the shape I wanted (a circle) using a web browser.
I saved it to my camera roll.
Then I imported the image into an Artrage layer.
The image can be resized, or deformed (to make an oval for example).
Then I merged the layers.
Ready, the shape can be used as reference or even filled up or erased partially.

Would not think this would be an issue with android.....I'm happy with Apple products. Their programs devices work really well together.

I hope you will continue to support iPad. I'm hoping that the new 12 to 15 inch iPads might resolve the memory issues if they put them on the market.
