Dind't see a post so here goes...
Use a combination of pen (tablet users) and mouse button/key to spin the 'paper' to accomodate drawing hand-paper-tablet-screen orientation.
For me, one method I like to use is keep my tablet (paper/digital) in a given orientation in order to repeat my hand-arm stroke path and movement and then re-orienting the artwork (it would be on-screen in this case) to match. This helps maintain accurate, consistent strokes as I work along.
Get it? Thanksabuncha
