A fun discussion we've had in the office here is what we'd name different versions of ArtRage if we were to produce them.

Would a kid's version be: ArtTantrum.
Would a 'lite' version be: ArtPout
Would a Pro version be: ArtDisquiet

Evil advertising discussion of the morning: Take a photograph of a canvas on an easel. Take a photograph of an artists palette with paint and a few tools on it. Now duplicate the artists palette 30 times crowding out half the canvas. "Do you *really* need that many palettes to paint?"

Yeah, I know, I can hear the lawsuits starting already. ;)

I know it breaks the "Rage" theme, but you need a version for Sweedie.

"ArtWeenie" or

"ArtDog" (you know, like hotdog, not Tycho's archnemsises).

ArtWurt?

For doctors I suppose we could have ArtAttack.

Hmm.. Pro is "more" than Standard. Disquiet isn't "more" than rage, is it? How about ArtFury?

Ha! I love ArtAttack for health care professionals. ArtAche (ArtBreak?) for the lovelorn? =]

ArtFume...for the silent smoldering artist

This is too funny...I'm enjoying all the "names". Also the advertising scheme, evil but honest!

By the time little kids learn how to say "ArtTantrum" they are ready to buy "ArtDisquiet "

you would need catching short names.(like "artattack")
I think this thread will end up finding some good names.

How about:

ArtGarfunkel

Wait a minute....that one might already be taken.

Sometimes you're just playing around and want ArtTantrum (for kids) or ArtsFartsy (for adults). Other times, you want the original ArtRage. But then sometimes you feel like really going all out - ArtAttack, as previously mentioned, or ArtYouSpecial for those who are a little full of themselves.

I hope there is discount pricing for those that want the whole ArtPack. Having that option would be simply artrageous!

ArtSplendor? ArtEcstatic? ArtUSatisifed? ArtSatisfaction?

ArtExpanse? ArtVenture? ArtDelight? ArtAllelujah?

ArtLoose? ArtFrolic? ArtEscape? ArtImpressions?

ArtIdeal? ArtExuberance? ArtJuice? ArtArise?

ArtEmerge? ArtCascade? ArtEnthuse?

Artvark, a lesser-known version of the product aimed at the termite-eating mammals market, was unfortunately not a roaring success.

As a side note, one of our early name possibilities for ArtRage was ArtZilla. I'm glad we avoided it in the end.

I have vague recollections of 'Artronic' - going with the retro theme.
Paint-o-tron? Actually I quite like that one.
